Netspend

Yes, it's a prepaid credit card, but it's not just any prepaid card.  Netspend, offered in Visa and Mastercard, allows for ACH transfers to/from your bank, direct deposit, PayPal transfers, peer to peer and ATM withdrawl.  This leaves many more options to fund your card other than the thousands of physical locations worldwide.  The fee is $1 per transaction and a few dollars to load the card at a physical location (varies depending on the location;  CheckSmart is the cheapest).
